Warranty
The NatureMill automatic composter is made with rugged plastic and stainless steel components, and
should last many years with normal use.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY: For a one year period after purchase, we will repair or replace your unit, free
of charge, if it is defective. We also cover shipping charges, if applicable, within the US and Canada for any
warranty coverage.
EXTENDED WARRANTY: Some of our models, including our PRO Edition, come with a 3 year warranty
for added production. You may purchase 3 year and 5 year extended warranties on most products.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY: Outside of the US and Canada, our warranty coverage still applies.
However, we do not cover return shipping expenses outside of the US and Canada.

- Terms and conditions for Extended Warranty:
There are no deductibles or hidden fees. All eligible repairs are fully covered for (3 or 5) full years
after purchase. And, if we can't fix it, we'll replace it for FREE! This plan covers parts and labor costs
resulting from mechanical or electrical failure of the product caused by defects in workmanship,
materials, including those caused by power surges, but not caused by abuse or normal wear and tear.
We will repair the product, reimburse you for authorized repairs or replace the product by issuing a
check or credit card refund, when required due to a breakdown, which is not concurrently covered
under any other warranty, service plan or insurance policy.
In-Home/On-Site Service Available
Qualified products receive convenient in-home or on-site service.
Transferable
If you sell your product or give it as a gift, the Plan is transferable to the new owner.
No Lemon Guarantee
If your product fails after 3 identical repairs, it will be replaced with a comparable model, or a check will
be issued for its full value.
